It hurts

“ Mum! It is really hurting me in there." She would always tell her mum each time she tries washing one of  her sensitive private parts and Ella was just 5 years old. She could bearly understand what's going on around her. It was like one of the “chlidrens play" that goes on in her life.

Ella's mum happened to be a hard working single mum who never had the chance to sit down with her 5 -year old daughter and talk “ some serious" talk every mother would always talk with their daughters or sons.

Ella's mum became over indulged with her career that she only sees her daughter during the weekend. As usual,she would never give proper attention to her even with the little time she had because she was always busy.

Ella's whole life has been centred around their house boy who happened to be young and “innocent on the outside". He looked so innocent to the point that you cannot predict his moves or pin point what his next move would be. He barely lies to Ella's mum. And she trusted him if not 100%.
Michael had always been a good boy on the surface. He does everything Ella's mother asked him to do.

 A twelve year old harmless boy, hmmmmm!. He came into their lives when Ella was barely a year. You can imagine how close they were. He bathes her,feeds her,plays with her; so what is that thing he cannot do with her? Virtually everything.

Recollecting, Ella was very cold one evening when her mother happened to be home very early,she was happy to see her daughter. She rushed to her and said: “ Ella! Mummy is back!" She said with so much excitement. Ella looked at her without any feeling of excitement. Every mother should be worried. At least with the little knowledge she has about her daughter; Ella has always been a cheerful girl.

She brushed her long dark hair and asked: “ Sweetie,talk to mummy, I am back. I came so early with ice cream and burger. I know it's your favorite." She said trying to force a conversation.

Michael came out sheepishly and welcomed Ella's mum. Ella's mum looked at Michael suspiciously and asked him:“ Did you beat my daughter?” Michael looked at her for like few minutes and replied;“ No ma, I didn't touch her. She has been like this since you left in the morning and I have been trying to make her laugh. She has refused playing with me."

Ella's mum looked at her daughter for a while and took a deep breath. She was confused. She could not place what is wrong with her daughter. She took the ice cream and the burger she bought and kept them very close to Ella thinking she would bulge but nothing changed. Ella was still starring at something nobody could see. Her eyes were fixed at a spot. Her mum left her angrily on the sofa and went inside her room to undress.

It was on a Saturday morning, she woke up thinking Ella would feel better and more alive. She was so glad to enter Ella's room and still found her in that mood. She carried her up and asked her what happened. Ella didn't say anything. She was staring at her mum in a way that made her mum feltl so guilty.

“ My love. I am.sorry that I have not been giving you so much attention. I am here now to stay. I am doing all these things to give you a better future. It is just you and I in this world. We have no one else. She said crying uncontrollable,hugged Ella so tight and carried her to the living room.

Ella's mum decided to stay away from anything that would take her attention off her daughter. She cooked for her,fed her and bath her. While she was bathing Ella,she felt something is wrong somewhere but she cannot place it. She started bathing her child and as usual,Ella screamed with so much pains when her mum tried washing he lowerr private part.

“ Mummy, it's paining me” ,Ella said with tears rolling down her cheeks. “ it's is paining me". She repeated.
Her Mum held Ella's hand and fixed her gaze on her and asked“ tell me baby,did anyone hurt you?"

Ella refused talking again. Her mum patted her on her shoulder and said. “ it's okay baby. The pains will go soon.
Ella's Mom was so naive to understand her daughter's mood.She assumed it was an infection. She did not bother asking Michael what went wrong. Michael was busy passing out time with her daughter.

This went on for good 10 years.  The closeness between Ella and Michael was questioning. They eat together,play together infact they do everything together except bathing together. Ella's mum thought they just liked each because of how long they have lived.

Ella became so indulged with Michael to the point that she would virtually request for it. She enjoyed sleeping with Michael to the point that she doesn't feel her mom has the right to know. At 15, Ella knew so much she could handle.

The day her mom found out, it was already
too late to turn back the hands of time.  She found her daughter with her husband to be not Michael anymore. By then, Michael had parted ways with them. Michael absence in the house made Ella felt something was missing in her life. She moved on to her mum's husband to be.

Finding her daughter she thought that was innocent on the bed with her new lover killed her spirit. She wailed and wailed when she found her daughter with someone who is old enough to be her father on their bad,relaxed and feeling cozy.
