Shanghai hotline launches sign language services

Shanghai public service hotline 12345 has began providing sign language video on May 13th in and this is reported to be first of it's kind in China especially for people with hearing and speaking challenges to make inquiries ,suggestion  and  complaints via mobile phones and computer. It is made in a way that the phone service operators will communicate with these hearing impaired people through these devices.
