Should a woman be silenced? Should a man be silenced? Should a boy or a girl be silenced?
Silencing people from speaking out is deteriorating and demeaning.
When a child grows up keeping to himself/herself, when you trace back to her background, there is a chance that the child was always been shunned from speaking out. When someones's voice cannot be heard, they will remain silent and timid.
Most times , when we see two kids from different homes, one will be outspoken, smart, brave and daring. While the other kid is the opposite of the other child. The first thing that will pop out in our brain is that the other timid child might be going through some traumas at home.
Shunning people is close to shutting them out. When you shut people out, they will need help to be able to come out of their situation. Many women are going through big and terrible traumas at home where their husbands will abuse them verbally and emotionally and they will not be able to voice out because of fear of being rejected or denied by the man they have loved, cherished and adored.
Men on the other hand go through traumas that no one knows about. There are some cases where a loving wife will turn out to be a monster over night. This situation will make a man to say'' you have changed''. when a woman starts rendering abuses on her husband, she is bringing his ego down. And if the man is someone who doesn't talk much, it will affect him as a man and he will rather keep shut than say anything to anyone. Most women will even go as far as threatening him with sex or food if he says anything to anyone.
Everyone is Important , no one should be maltreated . Hushing people is like making them hold back their desire to be heard and seen. Abuses and emotional black mailing is disastrous. Let people in and let them express themselves.
