The Osu caste system is an ancient practice in Igboland that discourages social interaction and marriage with a group of persons called Osu. Osu are the people dedicated to the gods; so they are regarded as slaves, strangers, outcasts and untouchables.
My question now is this practice still in existence and how best do we think it can be stopped because I believe nobody belongs to the gods but to God Almighty.

ReplyDeletePeople should stop identifying themselves as OSU... Even if men reject ur forefathers doesn't me God has rejected u. We are Christians for Christ sake
