Okowa's aide dares him, threatens to work against his re-election for one reason

                                      

Ahead of the 2019 Delta governorship election, a past chairman of Ika south Local Government Council, who is currently the Special Assistant to the State governor on security, Hon. Hillary Ibude has told his boss, governor Ifeanyi Okowa, that he would work against him in 2019 if he renege on his promise of allowing Ika south to produce the next Member who will represent the Ika Federal Constituency in the National Assembly in 2019.

It would be recalled that governor Okowa had made a promise that in 2019, the next member to represent Ika Federal constituency would be from Ika south. Governor Okowa had made the promise in 2015 at the Ika National Hall, Agbor on several occasions including his thank you visit after his electoral victory.
