How to have a fabulous stress free day




Waking up everyday, going to work and coming back late is a stress on it's own. Most people wakes up as early as 4'o'clock to get ready for work and by 6, they are already at their work place.

To crown it all, they leave the house so early as if they are going to catch a morning flight and they will end of coming back late at night. Very sad!!

Nigeria as a county is a stress on it's own especially if you are working in Lagos, you will have a taste of what stress means. Lagos is a place where other people are a pack of stress on their own.

You cannot always have a bad day all the time and at the same time stressed up.

It is a good thing you start you day feeling good and you end your day feeling better not the other way round.

I have come up with these little"stress therapy" to make you get going and have a stress free day. Some people believe that it is not possible for someone to have a total " stress free day".  The good news is that "it is 100% possible". Slide below and see some helpful tips.....

1. When you wake up in the morning, do not jump out of the bed immediately. Have some time to pray and meditate. By doing so,you are starting your day not just by yourself but with God .

2. Speak good words to yourself and believe that you are going out to meet both the good, bad and the ugly people on your way.

3. Have that assurance that nobody, nothing and no situation will spoil your day.

4. Always eat your breakfast. Skipping breakfast is not a good way to start your day. Breakfast with make you balanced mentally and emotionally.

5.For ladies, make sure you look good and always put on that special dress or cosmetic that suits you.

6. For men, dress well and do not look like someone who they just released from prison yard. Looking good is a good game and a better way to kick start your day.

7. Make sure you always wear this accessory called 'smile', never pull it off. Always wear it like your best accessory.

8. Be good to people even when you do not feel like and always compliment someone who does really look good.

9. Always think positive. Let your action, thoughts and everything around you be positive.

10. Ensure that you do not begin your day with sadness and negativity.
