In preparation for the 2019 general elections, in Delta, the state governor, Mr.
Ifeanyi Okowa has secretly connived with the Independent National
Electoral Commission in the state to hijack all voters cards, DRUMBEAT
NEWS can authoritatively report.
It was learnt that the reason he (Okowa) hijacked the voters’ cards is to enable his party, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP clinched the 2019 electoral victory in the state.
An insider source who was privy to the plot hinted that the people Mr. Okowa and his aides used to perpetuate the act were mostly students who were in dare need of money.
She said; “These students were allowed to register at various registration centers across the State, without the INEC officers questioning their ages.
“After registration, the voters cards will be handed over to his aides,” the source added.
A PDP chieftain from Ute-Okpu, Ika northeast council who craved anonymity disclosed that the opposition parties in the State have not been aware of the fraudulent measure taken by his party to rig the upcoming elections.
