Back Axe members visit Delta PDP scribe , pledges to work with party

 

Black Axe members led by Comr Uti Osakwuni Jude, on Tuesday paid a visit to Delta state Peoples Democratic Party(PDP)secretary Mr. Goddey Obi Nzete in his office at the party Secretariat Asaba.

The Aye members under the platform of NBM said their main purpose is to fight against discrimination of the black man across the country. "An African man should be treated with same respect like every other human in the world".

The leader of the fraternal movement further stressed that their main purpose is to protect the core values and dignity of the African man, that it is not a cult group but a social cultural group. It is committed in helping the less privilege, visiting prisons. And they wishes to be involved in political activities in the state and Ukwuani as a whole.

"We are willing to work with PDP and bring good governance to Delta State.''

In his response, Mr Goddey Obi Nzete appreciated the movement for the visit, saying that it is a well development, that the group has actually differentiated them selves from every other groups he has met, he commended them and urged them to fortify the group so that the movement so that can move forward.

 He therefore pleaded them to support the Gov Okowa's led administration because according to him, it is a trial time for the administration. "PDP is a party and any where there is a loophole it should be corrected, any area the party is lacking it should be free to inform the party to make amendments," he said.
