It was pandemonium on Saturday afternoon in Agbor, headquarters of Ika, Delta State as members of Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, stormed the town, matching through the ever busy Old Lagos-Asaba Road, with their flags.
As they match on, it was gathered that the Biafran group were declaring that Ika, a constituency of Gov. Okowa belong to Biafra.
