I call this "breaking the norm".Female Corp member, Mercy Ekanem, decided to make a difference by wearing her crested vest with a short skirt to CDS this past Thursday and it has gotten people talking. 

But I think it looks cool and NYSC officials should look into it.. So if you like her outfit and you think it is cool, continue to share this post till it gets to NYSC Director General.
