Reports from Ondo state says a High Court sitting in Akure, has dismissed all the local government executives in the entire state.
Presiding judge Justice Isiq, while ruling his judgement told the court that Ondo State Independent Electoral Commission (ODIEC) erred by missing out the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) on the election ballot paper.
The matter was brought before the court by the leadership of the PRP in the state and the suit was not instituted by the Rotimi Akeredolu led government.
