Growing Pains Actor Died At Age 69



The news of the Legendary TV actor Alan Thicke who died at the age of 69 was a shock to those who knew him for the significant roles he play in his movies and soap opera.
The actor reportedly suffered a heart attack today yesterday on December 13 while playing hockey with his 19-year-old son, Carter. He was transported by ambulance to a hospital in Burbank, California, where he was confirmed dead.

Thicke is survived by his wife, Tanya, and his three sons, Robin, Brennan, and Carter.
Thicke is best known for his role as Dr. Jason Seaver, the good-matured dad on the beloved ’80s sitcom Growing Pains. He also had a successful career as a TV theme song composer, crafting the songs for shows like Wheel of Fortune, Growing Pains, The Facts of Life, and Diff’rent Strokes.

He most recently appeared on the Netflix reboot Fuller House and the NBC drama ''This Is Us.''
